In-Store
Free diagnostics with any service.
Free diagnostic includes: Memory, Hard Drive and CD-Rom Test, software evaluation, virus scan and Internal Cleaning.
Service times may vary. Average times are 2-3 business day. All service is first come first serve.

Onsight
For an additional twenty dollars with any service we will disconnect your computer, take it to our shop for servicing, bring it back and reconnect it for you.
Trip charge of twenty dollars if over twenty miles from Beloit, Wisconsin.
